About our Club
PROBUS Club of Muskoka North was launched in 2003 and is one of three PROBUS Clubs in Huntsville. It is a highly active club with over 180 members. The club plays a vital role in stimulating thoughts, interests, and participation at a time in life when it would be easy to be complacent. We are a volunteer non-profit making, non-political, non-sectarian organization. We encourage healthy minds, bodies, and socialization with other retired or semi-retired people (55+), both couples and singles.
Our members include both new and long-time residents of Muskoka and one of our primary objectives is to help facilitate introductions between members and expand their personal networks. We do this by offering a wide range of experiences and opportunities for socializing.

Alternatively, you can apply immediately, by completing our online Membership Application Form.
Our annual membership fee is only $50. New members are required to pay an extra $30 for the initiation fee, which covers the cost of name tags and administration.
Our membership year runs from September to August, and we ask members to renew by the end of July for the following year. The annual fee will be pro-rated for new members accepted mid-year.
Every member receives a lively monthly newsletter that shares member news and highlights upcoming social events and interest group activities.

AGM September 12, 2024
Come join us on September 12th at our Annual General Meeting where we will also have an additional special treat.
The Huntsville High School Hoyas Robotics team will be joining us to share their most recent achievements and future plans.
Led by former Team Captain Sophia, we’ll see the most recent version of the competitive robot. The team can claim credit for winning the Provincial Championship in 2022 and Sophia will outline their most recent achievements.
